I had been thinking of buying a Rolls or Bentley for some time but had not really gone into it with any great vigour. I came across Royce Motor Services and decided to go and have a look. As I was driving up the motorway with my wife I said, 'we are only going to look'. The rest is history we bought a magnificent Bentley which looked as new. No pressure, didn't even drive it until I handed over the money a week later. Both Tony and John could not have been more helpful even dealing with the cherished transfer. I am absolutely confident that if ever I need a problem resolved or advise that they will help. A car sold by them is not just a sale its a lifetime service and commitment. Well done guys I know exactly where I am going if I ever upgrade or even buy another one.

Dear John and Tony just a thank you note for your superb knowledge, patience and understanding and my total satisfaction of the purchase of my as new, mint, Bentley Turbo R. You guys are total gentlemen in every respect and made sure I only purchased the exact model Bentley that I told you I was looking for (not knowing Bentley motor cars) and certainly no sales pressure, in fact I had to chase you. After many phone calls and explanations of the various models I felt you guys were upsetting me, telling me " This is not the right car for you" and after me having to wait approximately three months you finally found me the perfect Bentley in every respect of what I was looking for (This is the one I would have made for myself if I were Mr Bentley). After having viewed the website and spoken at length over the phone I visited John and aquired the most wonderful Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 1. It was a real treat to deal with such a gentleman. I phoned Tony and John to ask about a RR Silver Shadow II they had advertised. They described it and when I went to see the car it was exactly as I had been told. Tony was very helpful throughout and having looked at their other cars I can honestly say the standard was excellent. The drive back to Edinburgh in my new Silver Shadow was a joy!

I had monitored Tony and John's website watching the stock come and go and knew that this was the site that was going to supply my car, a Brooklands LPT. I bought it after a year of searching most vendours of these fine cars. Their attention to cutomers needs is a credit to them. The car is perfect and the history extensive. I recently purchased a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 11 from Royce Motor Services. I found this company after browsing the internet for a few weeks. I was very impressed with the site and the format. Recently, as a result of finding Royce Motor's website, I had the occasion to speak to a very kind gentleman named John. At John's suggestion I've been reading numerous comments on his website, confirming what I sensed from my overseas call. I explained to John that I had no experience with these automobiles other than the obvious leanings to some cars instead of others. I explained that I was troubled about how to proceed. John made suggestions based on my comments. I felt, consistently, that I was speaking with someone who was well informed and concerned about what they were saying. A Note For prospective purchasers. Having visited John at his show room to view his current stock of Bentleys, I can say without hesitation that this is a well-appointed, courteous and professional dealership. John and his wife’s hospitality is beyond reproach and his cars speak for themselves. Although we have yet to purchase, I’m sure we will not be disappointed when we take the plunge. Dear John and Tony, A note for the website. I recently purchased a Rolls Royce Spirit III from Royce, for frequent visitors to the site it was the Wildberry/Magnolia car, advertised in May. Having looked at a range of cars all over the country, including main dealers, I was amazed at both the quality and value of all of the cars offered by Royce. The only difficulty facing anyone seriously considering the purchase of a Rolls or Bentley in this price range is which one to choose. All of the cars were honestly described and presented to a uniformly high standard. In addition the depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for these special cars was extremely refreshing compared with the normal buying experience which is usually more like buying a washing machine. I have been back to Royce to have minor niggles rectified and can honestly say that the service I received was far superior to main dealers and of course at no cost. OK John and Tony, that's it you can stop blushing now!
